Music Lessons in Orange

Fun Fact: Orange is Molly’s home, so it’s full of memories for her. She and her husband Travis held their rehearsal dinner at Renata’s; her babyshower was held at Orange Hill Restaurant, and her son Dean was born at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

About Orange

Orange is where Molly’s home studio is located. Nestled in a rural pocket of Orange County, the Orange Park Acres music studio is small and homey but outfitted with the latest recording technology. It’s also home to our Orange Rhymes Recording Studio, where our students often record everything from fun Christmas albums to professional demos.

Voice Lessons in Orange

Voice lessons are our specialty at Molly’s Music. We tailor our lessons to the musical tastes of individual students and work on everything from classical to pop and hard rock. Many of our Orange students opt for nearby studio lessons, where their lessons are professionally recorded and emailed to them each time they come in. Just as often, our students choose in-home singing lessons in Orange. Because our studio is so close by, we have plenty of teachers to choose from in the area!

Our Orange vocal students have sung and played at many fun local venues, including the Vault, the Orange Street Fair, and even the Orange Park Acres 4th of July Parade. Others attend Chapman University in both the vocal and theater departments. It’s always exciting for us to get to watch our students taking what they learned in their lessons and applying them to real-life performance situations.

Piano Lessons in Orange

Our Orange studio features a fully weighted best-in-class Yamaha digital piano. For students wishing to record themselves playing the piano, the keyboard is hooked up to our Tascam recorder. Many students still prefer in-home piano lessons in Orange so that they can learn to play on their own piano or keyboard.

While we offer everything from beginning piano lessons that teach the basics of music to advanced piano lessons in whatever style interests our students, one of our specialties is teaching piano as an accompaniment instrument. Since we’re an artist development school, we highly encourage our singers to learn to accompany themselves on an instrument, and with a few simple chords, we can have you accompanying yourself on the piano in no time.

Guitar Lessons in Orange

We have some excellent guitar, ukulele, and even banjo instructors who teach in our Orange studio and travel to students’ homes in the area. Because it’s such a great singer-songwriter instrument, the guitar is our most popular instrument at Molly’s Music. It’s highly portable, fairly affordable, and heard in lots of acoustic pop music.

Some of our students taking guitar lessons in Orange have recorded themselves playing guitar and singing in our recording studio. Still others have played local venues, rocking out to crowded audiences. Whether you’re interested in acoustic or electric guitar, country or rock ‘n’ roll, we’ve got you covered.
